We collect only the data needed to answer your enquiry and provide real estate brokerage and consultancy services.

- Email address
- Phone number
- The content of your message, including property preferences, budget and timeline where you share them

- IP address and approximate location
- Device type, browser and operating system
- Pages visited, time on page and referral source
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, ethnic origin and similar), and we do not knowingly process data relating to children under 16.

4. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries with no follow-up: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Contractual relationships: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the statutory retention periods that apply, in particular for tax and anti-money-laundering purposes.
- Marketing communications: until you withdraw consent.
- Browsing data: according to each cookie's lifetime, as set out in section 6.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it, strictly as needed, with:
- The eXp network, to manage the brokerage process;
- Technical service providers (web hosting, email, analytics tools), acting as processors under contract;
- Lawyers, solicitors, notaries and financial institutions, where required to complete a transaction;
- Public authorities, where required by law.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are made under European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use cookies that are essential to the operation of the site, which do not require consent, and measurement and marketing cookies, which are only activated once you accept them.
